Here at 300 Recruitment, we are recruiting for a parts advisor to join a well-known car dealership client of ours based in Burgess Hill.
This position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday through to Friday, with a requirement to work one Saturday every month. The working hours will be from 8:30 AM until 18:00 PM.
You will be responsible for the following duties…
- Assisting customers with parts queries and orders.
- Receiving inbound and outbound calls.
- Providing good quality customer service both face to face and over the telephone.
- Maintaining and controlling stock.
- Assisting the parts manager as required.

- A strong work ethic with the ability to work within a team environment.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
Previous experience is not essential, however it would be beneficial of course.
