As a Customer Care Agent, your role will include:
· Set up insurance/warranty policies to fit the needs of individual customers and generate sales.
· Service existing customers to make sure their needs are met.

You should have excellent communication skills and have a passion for customer service.
Previous customer service or retail sales experience is beneficial, but not essential.
3 weeks classroom training is provided, plus ongoing support
Working Days/Hours: Monday-Thursday 11.00am-8.00pm, Friday 11.30am-6.00pm (You will be required to work 1 in 2 Saturdays a month – 9.00am-5.00pm)
Pay: Basic salary £19,300, increasing to £21,158/annum after 6 months pay review + commission
